From Iwo Jima to Southern California.
Something lost can be something gained. We know, because we were founded on that belief and we have seen its power. Henry Molina was struck by a bullet in the kneecap during the battle of Iwo Jima in World War II and subsequently Iost his leg. He dedicated the rest of his life to improving the lives of others who endured a similar life-changing event. He founded his company with one aim—to put patients first and deliver the highest quality prosthetics and orthotics.
A commitment that lives on.
Now led by Russell Henry Molina in the company’s third generation of family leadership, Legacy Still operates on the patients-first principle. Unlike other providers using lower quality components to boost their bottom line, our first thought is always “What’s best for the patient?” Our approach is diferent because our motivation is different. We measure success by the satisfaction of our patients, and the progression of their journey. There is no greater joy for us than helping a patient do what they couldn’t do before—whether that’s a frst step or a sprint. By creating a psitive experience for every patient, the rest of our business takes care of itself.
As a central member of our patients’ rehabilitation team, we created a state-of-the-art facility at our headquarters in La Quinta with virtually every type of equipment to help our patients advance their progress. Within these walls and throughout our regional locations, there is a powerful sense of community.
